How are we all enjoying Autumn '14 so far?? Here is a selection of fashion, beauty and lifestyle snapshots taken over the past couple of months. As always, I like to document my musings, purchases and trips in visual form, especially as autumn is my all-time favourite season... that and I don't have an Instagram account! ;) Feel free to leave any comments below - which pictures do you like? Autumn Beauty Essentials

Autumn wouldn't be autumn without a statement red lip!

Novelty lip balm with a fresh cucumber/mint scent - gift from my Twinny. :)

I always keep some Nivea lip care goodies in my travel make-up kit. I'm using the luscious watermelon balm at the mo - it has a natural pink sheen which acts as a good lipstick base, and the scent is out of this world!

Pick-Me-Up...

Hey bloggers! Just a quick post today as I'm under the weather but also don't want to fall behind on my blog updates! After all, I enjoy creating them too much :)

I always find that coffee of any variety perks me up and makes me cheery again, so here is my latest fix for when I cannot get to the coffee outlets... Low Fat Starbucks Vanilla flavoured Frappuccino. Best served iced-cold, straight from the fridge! I never used to be a big fan of cold coffee drinks, but this one has a smooth blend of arabica coffee beans and vanilla extract which tastes so rich.

For me, coffee is the one drink I can't live without. What do you drink when you're under the weather?

Update this week...

Good morning world! I’m up insanely early this morning and have fallen slightly behind on my blogging as I’ve been so busy with other things, my apologies… But as always, I have plenty of new ideas and creativity flowing around my head which I intend to share with you over the coming weeks.

So what’s new with me? Well, after a lot of hard work and perseverance I’ve managed to find myself a new job as a content writer working for designerwear.co.uk. For those of you who may not have heard of this company, they are a successful UK based company who offer high end designer clothing at discount prices – what could be better than that? I’m all for budget buying and much prefer to bag a bargain without having to compromise on the quality of clothes I buy. In that spirit, designerwear.co.uk definitely have a lot to offer customers, and I cannot wait to start producing fresh content for their website!

I'm also flat hunting again with the hope of finding my dream place! No luck as of yet but once I do find somewhere new, I'm looking forward to putting my own stamp on the interior!

For those of you who also have hectic lifestyles, here are a few of my favourite items which I would class as being part of my stress-beating survival kit! Haha ;)

Visit to Mystery Tea House…

My favourite dish from the menu, 'Hunter Stew' which is a traditional polish recipe: Shredded cabbage and polish sausage infused with herbs and spices, served with crusty bread and butter.

Hiya! Just a short post to share with you, a selection of images from one of my all time favourite places to eat and relax here in Preston. The Mystery Tea House boasts a calm and magical atmosphere and offers a whole range of blended teas sourced from all over the world, each one an infusion of flavours that will make you feel as though you are having a full-on detox day.

With its' polish decor, outstanding customer service and a menu that will have you coming back for more, it's safe to say that the Mystery Tea House is truly unique, and is here to stay as a hidden gem of Preston town. I give this place 11 out of 10 for its' originality, yummy food and warm, escapist feel.
